This place is horrible. We got locked into a contract for my son's braces which we were fine with, but that's when everything started going downhill. They have an orthodontist who only comes once a week and they are CONTSTANTLY telling us we need to be rescheduled, cancelled on, and when we call in to try and reschedule, they push us out several weeks if not months. This constant delay is pushing out how long my son actually needs braces. I had an appointment today and I happen to see another parent that I knew in the office who was there for her son, and she told me that her daughter is going on almost 3 years of having braces because they keep pushing out her appointments, sometimes as long as 3 months out.

FYI, both our appts were cancelled again today. And since we are stuck in a contract, we can't just get a refund or move elsewhere. Definitely not taking any of my other children here, incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.

Pearls 4 kids Dentistry and Orthodontics is not a place you will want to take your children. They will send you confirmations of appointment date and time and then call you and change the time for the appointment. Sometimes hours difference. If you need assistance with a bill and you provide insurance information, they do not call the insurance to verify. They don’t even call you back when they tell you they will call you back. When you ask for management they smile and giggle and tell you that management isn’t available.

You ask to leave a message for management to call you back and nobody has called. I haven’t received a call back in over a month and they called to verify a different child’s appointment with the information completely wrong. Please do yourself the favor and select a different dentist office. Dr. Mar is amazing! I just wish his staffed matched him.
