I have tremendous dental anxiety but Dr. Louscher and the staff made my first time experience really comforting and welcoming. No one made me feel bad about my anxiety at all! I would recommend this practice to everyone!!

A Disappointing Decline – I No Longer Recommend This Office When I first started coming to this dental office—before it rebranded as Pearly Whites—the staff was professional, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Unfortunately, that experience has completely changed. Since the name change, the quality of service has plummeted. The office has become disorganized, unhelpful, and consistently gives confusing and conflicting information. On top of that, I was presented with an astronomical increase in my bill, with no clear explanation or breakdown of charges.

When I called to get clarification, I was spoken to in an unprofessional and dismissive tone. This is no longer the same caring, competent office it once was. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend Pearly Whites to anyone looking for transparency, respect, or reliable care.

Always a great experience here at Pearly Whites! They have been a great help with my dental work! I am in the process of getting implants and also crowns done and they have been very accommodating through the entire experience! Always making sure I’m okay, explaining the work being done, and over all great people! Dr. Louscher and her team is top notch!

Dr. Hoover has been my dentist for about two years now. She and my hygienist, Paula, are so awesome! I love that I get to see the same hygienist each time as well. The dental and office staff are all so friendly and thorough. Between that and the atmosphere, the office is so inviting. Upon entering there is a stylish, living room like settling with comfortable seating, soft lighting and refreshments.

Once you go to where the magic happens, there is a bright space with nice modern touches from the mirrors to the cabinets. When you sit in the tan chair that complements the color scheme, you can see the list of amenities available on request ranging from an eye mask to laughing gas. The office has state of the art equipment as well. For many, the dentist is a not so fun place. It really seems they have gone the extra mile to make it a welcoming, if not luxurious, experience. I would highly recommend Pearly Whites!
