We’ve been going to Pediatric Dental Associates for the past two years, and I can’t say enough good things about them! The team is incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive—every visit feels comfortable and welcoming. They always know how to keep my son smiling and laughing, which makes such a difference.

Their lighthearted approach and genuine care make every appointment a breeze. If you’re looking for a place that truly understands kids and makes dental care a positive experience, I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Associates!

Absolutely love this place! My daughter is four and has been going here since her first dental appointment. Before her checkup this year she suddenly developed a fear of the dentist. When we checked in for her appointment one of the receptionist noticed and started a snow (cotton) ball fight with her and the nurses in the lobby.

By the time she was ready to go the exam room she was giggling so much. The appointment itself was quick and smooth. Afterwards she stated that she wanted to do that again!

My granddaughter was very scared to go to the dentist. They were so good with her. She had x-rays and a cleaning. She didn't cry and was even laughing part of the time. She's no longer scared and said she'll be happy to go back.

The people that work there, go above and beyond their normal duties. When we left my car wouldn't start and the worker came down and did everything she could to make sure we got my car started and on our way. We appreciate all of them there for their caring about people.

I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was 3 years old, and I’m now 15. My little sister has also been coming here since she was a baby. But recently, things have gotten really bad. Dr. Chen has been rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He constantly shames my mom for not using fluoride, even though it’s our choice. It’s gotten to the point where he flat out refused to treat my sister because she’s “uncooperative”. My sister lost her dad and has anxiety from it and this was explained multiple times, but the lack of empathy and compassion is disgusting.

No one should be treated like this. Now she needs a partial root canal, and Dr. Chen wouldn’t even give us a referral to get it done. Instead, he told my mom to “call around,” making her waste a month just trying to find someone. Then when the endodontist we finally found asked for the referral, they refused. They knew all along we’d need one, but didn’t care enough to tell us. They also refused to treat me, making up an excuse that I’m “too old” for this office now, even though I know I can keep going here until I’m 18. It feels like they just wanted to get rid of us instead of actually helping.

It’s so frustrating to see my sister in pain while we get treated like this. This place is careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Dr. Chen and this office clearly don’t care about their patients, especially kids who are going through tough times.
