I love this office usually but today really put a bad taste in my mouth. For some reason they did not have my daughters appointment in their system. They asked me multiple times what the appointment was for as if I called to schedule it. The appointment was made the last time she had an appointment. Which I was informed was in March. I told them she had teeth growing in behind teeth that were coming out.

It’s seem too me they did nothing simply because she was not on the schedule. Called us to the back and then let her leave. Saying they could pull the tooth but offered no reassurance that she would be comfortable or what have you. What pisses me off the most is that ima black single mother and I get this type of service from other BLACK PEOPLES! Yall should be ashamed of yall selves.

Took my daughter out of school for her appointment called to let them know we were running a few moments behind and still got turned away arriving when I told them I would. Definitely needs to work on communication because yall waste too much time like it doesn’t matter. Customer service in house is HORRIBLE.

Absolutely loved it! From making the appointment via phone to the actual appointment, which was 2 days later. In person we was greeted with a smile. The communication was on point. My kids had no complaints. Neither one shed any tears. The staff was very informative in regards to their dental health. Plenty of parking. We found our dental home.

I love this place for my child. I like how you don’t have to wait months for an appointment and the child be seen in a timely manner even have lots of stuff to keep them busy while they wait. The people there are so nice and my daughter says they give the best prizes and nice cleaning supplies for brushing teeth.
