What an amazing experience! The staff is incredible! They treated my daughter so well and were incredibly personable. The atmosphere is great for kids who are neurodiverse or may have a fear of the dentist. After another office was unable to perform services for my neurodiverse 4 year old, I wasn't sure what to expect.

I am so glad PDoB was here for us. I will be switching my son this provider as well.

We’ve taken our special needs daughter, Gracie, to Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton several times, and I can say with absolute certainty that it has been the best experience we’ve ever had at a dentist. As special needs parents, we often dread medical appointments—especially the dentist—because they can be overwhelming, stressful, and even traumatic for our kiddos. But not here.

Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton has created an environment where kids like Gracie can feel safe, comfortable, and understood. The staff is beyond amazing—they are not only kind and patient but also truly flexible in meeting the unique needs of each child. They take the time to make adjustments, accommodate sensory challenges, and ensure the experience is as smooth as possible.

On top of that, they have specialized tools and techniques to help make visits successful, even for kids who struggle with medical environments. If you’re a parent of a child with special needs and are looking for a dental office that genuinely cares, adapts, and supports your child, this is the place. We are so grateful for the care Gracie has received and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Carrico's warm professional attention to our children's oral care is top notch and we can't recommend her enough. Even little ones with worries or anxiousness quickly feel better with her careful, kind approach.

We just left here this morning and LET ME TELL YOU! They took such great care of my little boy. They kept me informed every step of the way. My son need anesthesia and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Not only were everyone in the back amazing, the receptionist was a doll.

We chatted the whole time in turn totally calmed my nerves. I’ll continue to bring my son here. This place is a gem and I’m so thankful we found a place that treats my boy like he’s their own❤️ 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you Brighton Peds❤️❤️❤️
