Dr. Doshi is the gentlest dentist I’ve ever met. She took extra time with my unsure little one. And was super informative about what to expect and how I can support healthy dental practices with my kiddo.

My children were patients of Dr. Doshi for many years and we loved her practice and how she interacted with the kids. The practice is clean and well organized. However, we felt we had to leave after an issue with billing. Bills were sent for over a year to an old address I had changed with the office over 4 years earlier. I was never notified of the outstanding balance despite multiple visits to the office. As a result of this mistake, we lost the opportunity for insurance to pay out claims as they were submitted to insurance after the claim period had expired.

When I raised this issue with the office it was implied that I had ignored the bills and that I had most definitely received them. While Dr. Doshi apologized, the billing staff did not. We decided we couldn’t continue with her practice after this unfortunate incident. It seems like this is rare as she has great reviews and deserves them, but felt compelled to share this experience.

She is kind, personable, puts children at ease, is very thorough, explains things clearly (including to kids), and truly felt like part of our family. We love her so much that we referred many friends and saw Dr. Doshi for years after she was no longer in network for our insurance carrier. Highly, highly recommended!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Doshi since each of my kids got their first tooth! She always conducts thorough exams, making me confident that it’s impossible for her to miss any issue in my kids’ mouths. The assistant is always super patient with the kids, spending a lot of time helping them feel at ease before the exam. After my son was hit by a snow shovel and got nine stitches on his chin in the ER, Dr.

Doshi was able to squeeze us in, give him a detailed exam, explain his current condition to me, and advise on the best way to care for his oral hygiene and diet over the next few weeks. The office is always near and the front desk is always knowledgeable in handling our appointment and insurance! They even remember each of my kid’s name / age. When I called and told them Austin got hit by a shovel, they were able to correlate which kid I was talking about! We are truly lucky to have Dr. Doshi and her team take care of our kids’ teeth!
