I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Dr. Flood and his staff. They always work with my family when we need to get in. The front staff is so welcoming and always make my kiddos comfortable. The dental assistants are awesome as well! My daughter had to have some opp.

work done and she was a little nervous. The dental assistants helped calm her nerves and were they were SO patient! It takes a special type of person to work with kiddos each day and still perform at such high standards. Dr. Flood does great work and I would recommend his practice to anyone! I can not thank everyone at Pediatic Dentistry of Onalaska enough!!!! Emma

The staff here are amazing! They're all just so GREAT with the kids. Our daughter is comfortable going to the dentist, which is more than I could ever say about myself or really anyone else I personally know. The staff at the counter move quickly, efficiently, and always remember our names when we come in, even when we throw them off by coming early. They have been amazingly patient with our insurance difficulties we've had in the past, and were ready to make arrangements to ensure our daughter got the care she needs. Everyone is always so friendly, and Dr.

Flood has been the perfect fit since the first day we brought our daughter in. One experience is all it takes to convince you that your children are in not just good hands, but the best hands. I can't do them justice with the written word, truly.

Just got the bill for my two kids to have a couple cavities filled and was not happy about $830. When I called they said they were a specialty dentist so obviously cost a bit more. When I asked about the 2 charges of $78 for nitrous, they said that its protocol for all children unless the parents say otherwise. Except for the fact that they never mentioned they were gonna use nitrous.

Then, of course, they assumed I was unable to pay the bill so offered to set me up on a payment plan. Because, yes anyone who complains clearly is poor, correct. Would highly recommend not going to this place.

Very Loving and Caring Professionals. Dr. Flood and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. We took our child there after going to a different provider where we didn't have the best experience. (I would like to note that the other provider was not bad in any way, just not the right fit for our child's needs) Dr. Flood explained everything to us and was so down-to-earth and understanding.

He made us feel so relieved and more at ease. I was very skeptical at first knowing that they would take my child back without me but they were amazing. They let them fix their teeth and came out smiling. The office staff were also very helpful and kind. Everything was clean and I was really happy to have a sink in the waiting room to wash my hands. :) :) The atmosphere was very inviting and full of giraffes (which are my favorite :) )
