So far my experience(s) at Peekskill Dental Associates (PDA) have been very positive and pain free, Dr. Schecter has a gentle hand and I’m glad to have found a good dentist; the staff has been polite and attentive. I’m very pleased, and also they don’t overbook so you’re seen on time and treated without the sense of being on an assembly line. I give 4 stars because no place is perfect.

After months of waiting and calling around and being blown off and cancelled and put on waiting lists then cancelation lists trying to get an appointment with just about any dental office, I finally came across one that was able to get me in within less than a month. I would recommend Peekskill Dental Associates to anyone and everyone due to their great and more than kind services from the professionals at the front desk- Nelly and Tamara to the X-ray tech Levi and the surgical assistant, my new friend Russel who were all more than helpful and polite while helping me in a professional courteous manner up until the end.

I personally had a pleasant experience at Peekskill Dental Associates. Went in for a chipped tooth, Dr. Khaloo was upfront about the cost of a cosmetic repair and brought my smile back — they also squeezed me in for a cleaning, and Pam the hygienist was excellent.

“Wow that’s crazy never would have thought you chipped it” - my friends when i sent them a pic of my fixed smile. Small office that takes a lot of insurance so be prepared to wait some time, but overall they seemed pretty fast and efficient.

My experience with Peekskill Dental Associates was great. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past so I have not been to the dentist for a while. I have bad anxiety when going to the dentist my blood pressure shoots up as soon as I will go into the dentist office. Dr. Joseph Khaloo was very patient he explained everything that he was going to do. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and did not feel pain.

He kept asking if I was OK as he worked on me he made me feel comfortable. His assistant was very nice and she made me comfortable as well. The receptionist was very helpful. She helped me with the paperwork that I needed. My first experience there was great and I do plan on going back.
