The dentist office was clean and nice. Aside from the doctor asking was my son a girl or boy when I marked male on all the forms was a little wild. Especially when everyone else knew and could clearly see he was a little boy. The doctor did apologize. Other than that everything was good.

I have taken my children to the dentist at this office for over 12 years with no issues. When we arrived for our appointment today in the new location, there were no less than 25 people in the waiting room. The first woman I encountered when walking through the door said she had been waiting for over an hour. I anticipated being in and out of the office in an hour because my children have other commitments this afternoon, and I felt that was a reasonable amount of time for a regular dentist appointment. I shared this with the Front Desk staff, and they offered to reschedule our appointments.

They confirmed there is no way we would be seen even within the hour. I want to say that the Front Desk staff was exceptionally friendly given the awful situation they are in at this office. There were many small children in the office and I'm sure those parents did not appreciate having to wait hours for simple check ups. Sadly, we will likely have to find a new dentist. If you are considering visiting this practice, I would at least call and ask for average wait times for regular check ups and cleaning.

I think the front desk staff will be honest with you. I had to rearrange my work schedule to get my children there today and then they weren't even able to have their cleaning so the situation just won't work for us going forward.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our first, and definitely last, visit was last week. Our pediatrician recommended bringing our 22-month-old to the dentist to help her get comfortable with dental visits early on. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but comforting. We waited over 90 minutes to be seen, and when we finally were, the dentist was shockingly rude and, in my opinion, has no business working with children. He asked to place my toddler’s head on his lap and warned us that she would cry and scream, insisting that it was “normal. ” No, it absolutely was not.

We came hoping to set a positive foundation for our daughter’s dental care. Instead, this visit instilled fear. The way the dentist handled the appointment was deeply upsetting and entirely counterproductive. We will never return. A complete waste of time and a truly disappointing experience.

The staff, Dr Allen and his assistant were extremely helpful and walked me through the process of my child’s treatment. My son was very comfortable during his procedure and that was surprising to me. I love that the office reached out prior to my appointment to verify my insurance They also provided an estimated copay prior to the appointment, giving me the opportunity to prepare.

I will say I didn’t give 5 stars because the Dr we saw at our first visit didn’t explain the treatment and didn’t give me the option of sedation or laughing gas(despite me explaining my child doesn’t do well with dental treatment/visits) . Again, surprisingly my son did very well with just the gas.
