My visit at Penrose family dentistry was phenomenal! The front desk associate was so friendly and informative. He went the extra mile to explain the payment due to my insurance. The dentist was excellent! If you are nervous about having your teeth cleaned, etc, Dr. Hong is the best I’ve had thus far! He took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered my questions. He was so professional, yet personable. He didn’t treat me like I was just teeth; but a human being.

The teeth cleaning was gentle and thorough. The x ray tech was superb and kind. Only thing was the assistant that was in the room during the cleaning. She was cold and not present. However, she did not put a blemish on my stellar experience! I highly recommend this dentistry.

Got deep clean and fill in here. Quick but does not mean rush. Very clean and feel smoothly in mouth. Very straight in service, they would just tell you what you need, not go around. Today, bring another one for deep clean, they refused deep clean, saying just need regular clean. They refused higher service with more money. Great! 🤩 Like I said earlier. Honest!🫡

Shah, who listened to me and then went on to go above and beyond to do an amazing job that far surpassed my expectations. Also, Peter at the front desk was so incredibly nice and thoughtful, and I can't tell you how much time and effort he put into working with my insurance company, not to mention all the times he was able to fit me in at the last minute for one reason or another. I cannot recommend Penrose family dentistry highly enough!

I had a few things done so far, three visits in and I have no complaints. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hong was gentle and explained the process. I actually recommended Penrose to a few people. Great experience!
