If I could give them a 0 I would. . . . I only went here bcuz it's the only place in beaver county that takes my insurance and does root canals. My first appointment I waited 2 hours just for the Dentist to tap on my tooth and say yes you need a root canal.

My second appointment I waited 3 hours getting part of my root canal completed he put temporary filling in and bcuz he doesn't speak much English and/or is very impersonal I didn't even know what was going on. My third appointment another 3 hours and during the procedure the doctor was giggling and both I and the assistant had no idea why he was giggling she asked him and he didn't respond. Thankfully what he accomplished this 3rd time was enough to get me back to my regular dentist to finish. But later that day after my numbing wore off I figured out what he was giggling at. . .

he burned my lip during the procedure. The office staff is nice that's all I can say nice about this place. . . I will NEVER return horrible experience and on a side note my 3rd visit the guy next to me also waited so long that he left.

I can't stop crying after the horrible set of dentures i ended up with after waiting 11 months for me to finally get them. I've had them about a month now. I've filed them down and I mess with them daily to try and get them looking better and feeling better.

This is the worst mistake I ever made, trusting this office! I know they are doing something fishy because I'd get a set that started looking nice and then once they are finished they are not the same denture I started with. Also, no initial in the denture so I know they gave my nice ones to someone else and I wind up with horse teeth. They don't give a crap, don't think for one minute they care about you!

Run! I feel like it was a chop shop. Expedited to do my procedures & Dentist / surgeon didn't want to entertain my questions or concerns simply said you will be fine!!!! They never contacted my oncologist for clearance or instructions about my medications. scheduled huge procedure on Friday, since they are closed on weekends, what if something needed attention? This was the Midland office & also, know the dentist / surgeon is bounced around into various locations. the office was dark & not clean & the equipment was old & dusty & dirty. I didn't feel comfortable walking in the door & after meeting with the dentist/surgeon, I never felt so dismissed regarding my questions.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER LOCATIONS. Remember the dentist / surgeons travel between other office locations. Used to be known as All about Smiles & weren't any better & aren't now.

If I could give no stars I would. I went there to get a tooth fixed that broke, they proceeded to tell me I needed a filling first. So that’s what I did. First… I should state that the Dentist doesn’t even speak to you. Didn’t say hi, how are you, im about to stick you with this needle that’s gonna numb your face. I got nothing.

And I’m someone that gets anxiety easy so that didn’t help. Took about 45 minutes to get my tooth grinded down to where they wanted it. I then got my actual filling done by someone else and not the dentist. And she dropped the drill on my face. Did a horrible job at the filling bc there is filling stuck to the tooth that needed it and a tooth next to it that didn’t. After about 2 weeks I started experiencing a lot of pain and couldn’t chew on my right side of my mouth, went to the one in cranberry.

They did an xray and turns out they drilled thru my nerve and the filling is sitting right ontop of it which is causing me all my pain. I have to wait now what’s going to be 3 months till I can get a root canal since now that’s my only option after midland butchered my tooth. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, if you are able to spend the extra gas money and go to the one in cranberry plz do ! It is So much better there. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. As I’m LIVING on pain medication because I’m in constant pain every day and night because of what they did.
