Zero stars! Please do not take your child to this orthodontist!! The assistant chipped my daughter's tooth during a visit and when I confronted the orthodontist about it, he dropped her from the practice. . Mid braces. Our insurance was going to cover the braces but they will not cover them now that we have to move to another practice. He is opposite of how he is described in his bio on the website, he is not jovial.

He is rude and he rushes as fast as possible and treats the patients horribly. Zero personality. Zero bedside manner.

Make sure you check your bill before just paying these guys. They will add things hoping you don’t notice or hoping insurance just covers it. Random charges for nutritional value ? Or hygiene instructions? Always check what they are charging you for

Perfect smiles is the Best Dentist office ever. (36yr old - Male - Pittsburgh) ● Fast scheduling (I almost want to keep this to my self, it's almost to good to be true) ● Great with people scared of the dentist. ● Everyone is really nice ● it's a whole family vibe there I have neglected going to the dentist for years because I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. My last dentist (not at Perfect Smiles, some dentist on highland Ave in east liberty near an ice cream shop) kicked me out his office because i am afraid of needles and act like a scared child. A Few months ago I decided to get my life together and scheduled a dentist appointment. After calling around to about 10 offices, the soonest I could get an appointment would be months away and I was ready to give up. Believe it or not when I called Perfect Smiles, they just had a cancelation and I was able to get in the same day for a check up. (I thought I got lucky) To no suprise I found out I have a long list of issues with my teeth and gums. I was worried if I would be able to get all the work I needed done in time before something happens to my insurance at the end of the year due to life changes.

It was more than luck with the quick appointment, I was able to schedule more appointments the following week and week after and the week after that. I am now at least 7 appointments in over the past 2 months. So here's the breakdown. I needed 5 root canals, 6 Crown and 5 cavities filled and a peri something deep cleaning. Basically my whole mouth was jacked up. I just left an appointment yesterday and only have a a couple more to go. I really genuinely want the world to know that my dentist at Perfect Smiles in Cranberry is the best. She always is kind to me not only when I'm about to cry before the novacane shot, she's just always nice and really has a lot of patience with me. I know I don't deserve it because it's my fault and neglect that i have so many issueswith my mouth.

Everytime I'm there I see a lot of other happy patients which reminds me I'm in the right place. The front desk managers are also very kind and patient. The dentist assistants are just as amazing You can feel it, the people who work here actually care and you. I recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work and wants to be treated like a human. I recommend this office to my Mother and all my family. Thank you Perfect Smiles for saving my life! I wish more people who have positive experiences at places leave reviews so the next person can know it's a good spot. Thank you for reading my review! The office staff is super helpful and they are all very kind. They can be busy at times so the wait might take a little longer than expected but other than that this is one of the best dental practices I have ever been to. I have always been anxious at my dental appointments but they did everything they could to make sure I had a stress free and comfortable experience.
