This place is awfu! They don’t respect people’s time and I always wait a long time when I have an appointment. The staff is not in sync at all! Not professional at all! I was in the middle of a procedure and they were looking for the tools they needed to finish it. I got crowns done and they had to call me to come back in for another impression. While there for that appointment there was another patient waiting for the same thing and she had to come back 3 times for her crown impression.

The rooms are old and nothing works. The doctor leaves on time no matter who’s waiting for service. Staff blames each for their incompetence. I would never recommend this place for service at all! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I wouldn’t go here if my services were free! Poor service

I have been going to the dentist for the past four years never an issue actually really great service until this past visit. I had an abscess and went to the dentist. my insurance lapsed but I knew it was being put back into place a week and a half later. I applied for financing and then I got approved for 8K. Once I got approved, the lady jumped out of her seat.

she was very accommodating and during my dental work I had another lady come into see me with another bill I thought it was my adjusted bill and I told her no I am not signing until it’s adjusted she came back in said with a new bill they added it onto the existing charges. The only thing I should be built for it that’s not covered by the insurance is the deep cleaning. I didn’t have a tooth pulled that they charged me for a crown they fitted me for I never got because this all should have been charged to my insurance if I did the work. now I have over a 5k bill and all I did was just a deep cleaning

Dr. Chen is excellent, knows her stuff. I feel comfortable with her and trust she will get everything done right. Clerical staff is organized and competent.

My only complaint would be with their booking practices. Seems they overbook. Too many patients for one day which leads to long wait times both in the waiting room and in the treatment room, waiting for the dentist to come in to work on patient.

I have been a patient of the perfect smile for over 12 years. I have never once had an issue with this office. I first received work from Dr. Labruna was in my teenage years, and he did an incredible job.

He truly is a master at his craft. He is what all orthodontist should aspire to be. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants to make sure they have the best experience and outcome they possibly can. I have recently gone in for some cleaning and a few minor fillings, and the doctor who took care of me (I am unsure how to spell his name so I'm not going to attempt to) did a wonderful job with my mouth.

He wasn't at the office when I first went many years ago, but he is great at what he does. All of the assistants are wonderful people who work very hard to give their patients the best experience they can! Magdalina and Anna are the two assistants that primarily helped out recently, and they are sweethearts. It doesn't cost a thing to be kind to these people, remember they have feelings too! Everyone who works at the front desk is hardworking and attentive to the patients in the waiting area. This is a wonderful establishment!
