I have been going to this place for over 10 years and have had great treatment. I ommitted a star as last week I was there, and they have been expressing that I get invisalign which I understand is for my betterment, but I cannot afford it at the moment. the doctor asked if I reconsidered getting it, and I said "I cant afford it right now" and she marched away without saying a word.

This interaction felt pretty crappy, as my finances are none of their concern and they are not in the position to judge.

Dr, Dinka and staff are hands down one of the best in the Midwest, my mother was very satisfied with her consultation. I'm glad I recommended and convinced her to go with the best.

when I first started coming to Perfect Smile fifteen years ago they were a godsend to me as I suffered from extreme anxiety after many mal- treatments in the dental chair as a child and a bad track record of needing a lot of care from what turned out to be a variety of bad practitioners However when the office turned over ownership to Dr Dinhka awhile back i had increasingly unpleasant experiences, the last one being during the pandemic when I finally was brave enough to show up after being too scared to come in for years and i traveled 1. 5 hours to get there and they wouldn't even clean my teeth because I was too severe of a case and needed something more extensive I guess. the dentist was obviously disappointed in me m, chastised me for not keeping up with my dental care (it got bad after my mom passed away and I have been very depressed) she made me feel so self-conscious about the fact that my bottom teeth were crooked and I needed them to be fixed and she emphasized how they showed when I talked and everyone could see them and how bad they looked. I would easily cry in the dental chair and she seemed disgusted and was not reassuring and made me feel very ashamed.

That last visit I had I left crying and never returned, I hadn't been back to the dentist in seven years now before today i tried a new one and I'm looking at full mouth restoration, maybe I could've avoided all these severe problems if maybe she had been more kind to me less judgmental and i hadn't gotten hopeless and given up since she made it seem like it was screwed and it was all my own fault to be clear: it was mainly the dentist that I had a problem with the rest of the staff was lovely especially a very kind hygienist that offered me kind words and advice when it really mattered, when I was breaking down in the chair into tears. I do have to say their method of oral sedation was a pretty good fit for me as I've tried to go somewhere else now and had a very bad experience attempting to do it without sedation and the Novacaine wouldn't even work . So if you're looking for someone with a great bedside manner maybe not here. i know this is only my experience so maybe Dr Dinka just disliked me personally or maybe she's not the best fit for more people than just me .

I wish they hadn't been so hard with me on my last visit and sent me away with no care and no hope because it was so discouraging i really gave up. which is a shame because I used to love this clinic so much when i first started coming.

My experience has always been exemplary, everyone makes you feel welcomed. We know going to the dentist is very scary and stressful, however at Perfect Smile , I feel relaxed and comfortable. Very low stress level. Nice friendly family atmosphere.
