The staff as well as my orthodontist is very professional and friendly, believe in taking care of my personal needs concerning my teeth. I really appreciate them.i remember coming in my time with excruciating pain in my mouth and it was due to a hole in my tooth and I left feeling so much better. I have been going back every since with my teeth cleaning etc. I am happy 😊

I’ve been coming to this dentist since 2019. I’ve had great appointments regardless of the changes in staff until last year. They started having issues with the clinic figuring out how to verify my insurance. I had delta dental went to a new job and got a new delta dental plan which caused all types of confusion I guess.

Jump to this year the job switched to bcbs. They were fine taking the card at appointment time in march, as it’s a ppo plan, and they were listed on my insurance site as well. It is now June they keep sending me a bill for the remaining balance and I have called bcbs twice to check if it was denied and they’ve told me they never received a claim from the office. I’ve had bcbs leave 2 different voicemails trying to figure this out but here we are.

I’ve also called the clinic twice and was told claims were behind. I’ve been trying for 2 months to let them work it out but I need to go back in for something else now and I’m not paying on an old bill that should be covered just to get a new bill which would be more money 🙄

The absolute best thing about this dental office is the hygienist! Patty is so friendly, cheerful & kind and she does THE BEST teeth cleaning I have ever had!!! I would hesitate to get any major procedures done here due to strict policies and cost$$…. Office space is nice & new and the front desk staff are very nice as well as the dentist!

After a car accident my front tooth was violently the removed from my mouth. When I arrived at Perfect Smiles, I was scared and not knowing what to expect had a lot of questions. What I found was the most patient, knowledgeable and accommodating dentist Dr.

Winters!! Although I am still going through my tooth implant process, I am finding each visit a peaceful experience and I can't thank the team enough. Each and every individual even the office staff and manager have been more than nice and gentle with me even the emotional ups and downs of of losing a front tooth.
