Dr. Hess is informative and his services are affordable. no matter how much research you do about implants it still can be a complicated to understand what would be the best procedure for you or what questions to ask. Dr. Hess made things easy for me to understand after my first visit I knew what I needed and why, I was given all my options and prices printed out, including what my insurance should cover, but the biggest thing I got from my first visit was a feeling of trust.
Dr. Hess stayed in contact with my dentist to formulate a plan, in other words they did all the work and I never felt overwhelmed with understanding which options were best for me. Most of the work is done now, if I could I would give Dr. Hess 10 stars I would, one last thing, everyone in his office was upbeat and professional I enjoyed going there.

Dr. Roger Hess has been my doctor for the past decade, and has always taken great care of me whenever I need him. He is dependable, informative and will create time for you if you ever have an emergency.
He has done multiple implants for me that are all still perfect to this day. The staff cares about making appointments convenient for you, and are always welcoming and friendly. He is without a doubt, the best periodontist in town, or the country in my opinion! Highly recommended folks!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after over three years of repeated issues, I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Hess's office so others can make an informed decision. I initially went to Dr. Hess for a dental implant, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The post that was placed in my gum became infected, requiring the procedure to be redone.
When I returned for the corrective surgery, I was aggressively confronted by a woman named Kim, who screamed at me about an alleged outstanding balance. I calmly asked to review my records and check with my dental insurance provider, as I had no prior knowledge of this charge. Instead of working with me to resolve it, she became even more hostile, ultimately refusing to allow the surgery to proceed — unless I paid on the spot — and threatened to charge me a $150 cancellation fee for a procedure they chose not to perform. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Every single time I have called or visited the office, I’ve been met with unprofessional, dismissive, and often nasty behavior from the front desk staff.
It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this kind of attitude when you're already navigating something as stressful as oral surgery. I strongly caution anyone considering this practice. Between the complications with the procedure, the hostile office environment, and the complete lack of professionalism or patient care, this is not a place I would ever return to or recommend. Avoid this office at all costs.

Let me just say this. . Dr Hess and any assistant that worked with him was great and professional. They get 5 stars. The 3 implants I had placed are great… The two nasty and unprofessional people at the front desk (the one with the pony tail, Who checks you in especially) are just that… I also owed a balance when I went for my last appointment.
They canceled my appointment when I arrived, and told me to call when I had a credit card to pay the remaining balance in full. Two of them tagged teamed me at one time. More than anything, I was so embarrassed and insulted. The policy is the policy and I really had no problem with that… It was how they treated me and spoke to me. I could have paid the balance in full that day, but I was so taken aback at how they acted I just said I didn’t have it.
I thought Dr. HESS was a good businessman, but they are clearly bad for business. I Spent 30 years having to collect money in my business and never even thought to belittled people as they did to me.
