I don’t know where to begin overall I had a ok experience. Bad : *$8,000 for one implant * Rude office manager that runs this place don’t know her name but was extremely rude to me and my mom. * The flimsy Temp Tooth that was pushed for $500 was falling out all the time ended up settling with a flipper instead of the temp tooth so save money spring for the flipper. * The unauthorized dental cleaning that I Thought was rolled into my last visit after the implant process was finished then charged. The dental assistant said “we need to do a cleaning”.

* The permanent implant fell out after three weeks which was probably done on purpose to get me to back to office so they can charge me for another visit. They refused to see me due to refused payment on unauthorized dental cleaning which we ended up paying anyways. After spending $8000 you would assume that cleaning was rolled into last visit. Ended up going to another Dental clinic shelled out more money. The tooth is sturdy now hasn’t come out since.

Good: The receptionists at the front counter, dental assistants and Financial girl were all extremely sweet. I have no gripes about them or Dr Singh. Overall I would say my experience was ok the receptionists and assistants were sweet. I had isolated incident with the office manager that runs this place extremely rude needs to be canned.

I am writing to express my Extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received at your office. I had been looking forward to having a procedure with you, as I had heard positive things about your practice from my family however, my experience with your staff has left me feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed. Firstly, I encountered a serious lack of follow-up and communication from your office, which was frustrating. I was given little to no information, and when I did try to get answers, I was met with a dismissive attitude from your staff. This left me feeling confused and unsupported in a situation where I should have been informed and guided through the process. Additionally, I found myself being cornered into paying out of pocket for the procedure, despite having insurance that I’ve paid for and expected to use. Your staff made it clear that “If you can’t afford it find another office.

” This comment was both unprofessional and insulting. I’m not asking for special treatment; I simply expect to be treated with respect and to have an pone, constructive conversation. All I was asking for was to be helped in understanding the process, to be spoken to kindly, and to be treated like a valued human being. It’s incredibly disheartening to have been treated in this manner, especially when I was only seeking clear communication and respectful interactions. My expectation was that, as a patient, I would be treated with dignity. Instead, I was met with frustration, rudeness, and a lack of willingness to work with me. While I understand that medical practices face challenges with insurance companies, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.

I kindly ask Dr. Amarik Singh please review how your staff communicates with patients and how insurance and payment issues are addressed. I hope that, moving forward, other patients will not have to face the same treatment that I experienced. Thank you.
