My insurance did not cover the cost of the implants. Dr. Hartnett and her office assistants developed a fair and affordable payment plan for me. I have recommended her to family members and friend and will continue to do so in the future.

I booked and went there for a procedure, over the phone I explained what my dentist told me to get done there. the day of my visit I had to take half day off to go there, upon arrive filled out paper work and went inside. as soon as I sat they wanted me to get Xray and pay for them, even when they have them sent to them by my dentist. when the dr walked in she had me book for something different, when I told her what I needed done, she said she couldn't do it without insurance approval. Ok, no problem, wasted half of my day, but I understand. What a surprise when I got a bill, from them.

bill for what?!?! and you billed the insurance too? for what??? When I call them to say that I find that bill ridiculous, the front desk woman was very polite and tried to convince me to pay, I said no and she ended up hanging on me. Its unbelievable how they try to bill even when they dont do anything. . im also letting my insurance know that I didn't get anything done and no bill should be paid.

If I could give Dr. Hartnett and her staff ten stars, I would. I’ve been a patient for well over 20 years and have always felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Hartnett’s treatment plans. She has always treated me with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Her staff are diligent about confirming appointments, insurance coverage, etc. and they’re delightful to work with. I also appreciate their follow-up calls after a procedure.
