Staff is seems fine. Beware of billing and insurance practices. You may have to shoulder the whole bill up front for your operation. Even if you have commercial medical insurance from your employer. No payment plans.

May or may not accept care credit not sure. What they do here is ask you to front the whole bill and then they bill your medical insurance and you get reimbursed after like 1-2 months after your insurance company approves the bill and then adds your deductibles and you get what’s left on a check from your insurance company whenever your insurance company feels like sending you a check when they get around to it. I have never ran into a practice that does Business this way. I have had doctors ask for half or a certain percentage. Usually how it works is dental insurance is billed or spoken to over the phone and the receptionist finds out your yearly maximum and bills you accordingly up front based on your deductible and yearly maximum allowance.

Moral of the story is be prepared to shoulder full cost of your operation and wait for reimbursement. I feel bad for low income or seniors or someone with no insurance. These days, I mean who has a few thousand to just throw down.

They couldn't get me in for 2-3 MONTHS, by that time the problem had mostly subsided. Then they told me they couldn't help me unless I came in when the problem was inflamed....$140 to tell me that.

Fast, effective, & friendly staff! I received a gum graft and had no pain after 24 hours. Compared to my previous doctor, it was less painful and healed faster. I paid out of pocket for what insurance wouldn’t cover, but they informed me of the costs prior to surgery. Very impressive care!
