The office is very well organized. My hygienist is very professional. Dr Perrott is a gem. This office has all new front office staff Not a good experience at all my last visit. My hygienist was switched. I go into office a different woman I had to say I do not like to be passed around. I like the same person all the time I had that appointment for 6 months.

My entire family was with this office since 1989 and never had any issues. I had to pull my family of 5 in January of 2024. I like him and Dr. Hiner as dentists, hygienists are good, however, his office staff (which turns over very regularly), not so much. They treated my 2 daughters (Ohio State Nursing student & Penn State Biomedical Engineering student) like total crap on an issue that they never should have dealt with, with my girls. The office girls talked down to them and made them feel like they were stupid and clearly, they are not. They made my one daughter a nervous wreck as they took turns speaking with her. And, I need to add, that this issue was approved previously as a billable procedure by doctor P.

I immediately emailed Dr. Perrot on the incident and he never responded. I am hoping that the office staff intercepted the email and Doc never saw it, since I never received a response. If he did see it and never responded that disappoints me even more. I asked for all 5 record releases on the same day the incident happened and never looked back. I guess losing 5 patients, one of which was a pario patient, isn't that big of a deal to this practice. Upon visiting our new dentist, many dental issues that were not addressed with this office, were found with our new office and are now being addressed. Once you seek another practice, you will find this one is not so great and not thought highly of in the dental community.

. . I wish we would have left long ago. I did wait a long time to write this review because I wasn't going to. . . but as my appointments pile up with my family, taking care of missed issues, I feel others need to know.

Ive been going to them for years, i always pay in full or as soon as i receive a bill. I called today to make an appointment they said i have a balance of 300$ that i need to pay i said yeah sure ill pay it when i come in, she said we need payment before I said no problem i will pay before i come to my appointment that im scheduling now. She refused to schedule me! I dont understand if im paying why decline me scheduling an appointment! I said im in pain and i will pay before i come to my appointment can you please do me a favor and schedule me? I dont have my card on me now but i will call and pay before my appointment.

What happened to customer service! Its not like im declining to pay!!! i always paid all my bills as soon as i get them! I guess i will look for a new dr office with better customer service.

I am giving Dr. Perrott a one thousand star review! I went to another dentist and they totally butchered me and the bridge that they did totally fell apart in my mouth.

I had one visit to Dr. Perrott and in less than one hour he and his "right arm "Diane completely transformed my upper smile with no pain whatsoever and also because of what they did for me gave me back my confidence and self esteem! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! I can't thank them enough!
