Let’s see…the cast in order of appearance: The front office staff is welcoming and organized. Check-in process is a hello; I’ve been coming here for years. The dental assistants are friendly, organized, thorough in their preparation and providing support to the dentist. Dr.

Loffredo is excellent at his craft, and has a very calm demeanor (which is great when you know you’re getting a needle!) A truly pain free experience, and due to his meticulous attention to detail, it is virtually impossible to see where a dental procedure was done. Lisa the hygienist is amazing! She has shared such great tips on improving oral care, and has made suggestions that have improved the health of my mouth. I highly recommend both Dr. Loffredo and Lisa!! Thank you!

Lovely super helpful staff who went above and beyond to help with booking and payments Terrific hygienist, with a very soft touch Very professional dentist, Dr. Garg, who patiently explained everything she was doing and why. The front desk/reception staff is super friendly and super helpful. Ruth, Ashley and Vinnie are quick, knowledgeable and are very willing to work with you to accommodate your needs in scheduling and billing. The only issue is the multiple reminders that come in for every appointment. I counted 8 (EIGHT!!) reminders.

If you make multiple appointments necessary for some procedures, you get 8 reminders for each appointment. . . . . it's too much!
