The visit was pleasant and efficient. I did not have to wait in the lobby for more than a minute before I was put in a chair for my cleaning and exam. My tech did a great job in a very short amount of time. My new dentist, “Dr Kyle” has a lot of integrity. My first visit was for a sore tooth. Dr Kyle could have told me I needed a new crown and I would have replaced it.

Instead he adjusted the bite and in 10 minutes I was good as new. Apparently my previous dentist at a different practice did not install it correctly so I developed bruising of the nerve because the bite was off. I have had no problems with that tooth since that visit. I could not be happier with the way I was treated.

It’s been several years since I’ve been to this dentist but after seeing a new dentist closer to my home I wanted to share my experience. I had an appointment at PCD several years ago to get a crown on a molar, they let a newer person start on me but then ended up telling me my tooth needed to be pulled after sending me to another dentist (orthodontist?) in the same building to look at the tooth. The new person seemed nervous and ended up cracking my tooth and had trouble getting it out. That was awful.

Then my filling they did on another tooth came out less than a week later and I requested to see the most experienced dentist there to get it fixed. Just found out a few days ago that the other two fillings they did are cracked and damaged so I need to have them redone again. I’ve never had this happen in the past. Seems like I was a test for extremely new/inexperienced employees.

Will definitely never go back here. Seems a lot of others have great reviews for them but everything they touched on me broke.
