Where to even start?! I first came across PGH Smile Boutique on social media and on this site and after seeing pictures and reading the reviews I decided to reach out to Dr. Shieh. It was a late on a Sunday night so I didn't expect him to answer until the next business day. He messaged me back almost immediately. . himself. . not his staff. .

not an answering service, but him. I was blown away, what other doctor does that?! Needless to say I decided to get Lumineers and I had such faith that him and his team would do an amazing job that I was willing to travel FROM DELAWARE (for those of you who don't know, that's about 6 hours away) to his business in PA instead of staying local in my state. I had Invisalign done from a previous doctor back when I was 14, then ended up having some bad bonding done on two teeth that ended up being permanently discolored, some of my teeth are naturally really small and it never looked like I had a full smile. Overall, I have just never been happy with my smile. . until yesterday! Dr. Shieh and his team COMPLETELY transformed my smile. It is amazingly straight, and white, and perfect and it is better than I could have ever imagined. His staff, Rebecca and Marina are also AMAZING.

They are funny, friendly and helpful and they genuinely care about the patient including answering any questions that I had to actually engaging in conversation, to making sure the patient is comfortable. As for Dr. Shieh, he is seriously the BEST. I so wish he was in my state because he would have been my dentist from day one, I even contemplate going to him every 6 months for cleanings instead of my dentist here. From day one Dr. Sheih has always been kind, caring and friendly and is amazing at what he does. He also stays in touch, followed up after appointments, asked how I am feeling and even makes sure I made it home okay. If I could give higher than a 5 star rating I would!

Dr. Shieh is absolutely wonderful! From the consultation on day 1 to every appt. thereafter, he portrays a bedside manner that is compassionate, honest, and professional. He elaborately takes X-rays, photos, and patient input in order to provide the best cosmetic results.

He is also informative about all possible outcomes/options and gives his honest, expert opinion. I am so thrilled with my new smile and I cannot express my gratitude to have found a doctor with the expertise and talent as portrayed by Dr. Sheih! I give him the highest recommendation possible.

Dr. Shieh is an incredibly skilled and compassionate person. He helped perform (in my eyes) a quick “Memorial Day Miracle. ” During Memorial Day and other major holidays, it is tough to find a place that is open, which is completely understandable. Especially on Memorial Day, where you want to spend time with your loved ones and honor all of those who served. Unfortunately, life has a weird way of working sometimes and doesn’t take into consideration what time or day it is because an emergency may happen. The week before the holiday weekend, I saw a local dentist in Moon Township for a routine clean and checkup. I received good marks for my teeth and keeping them clean and cavity free.

Afterwards, the doctor who consulted with me after my cleaning sanded down a few of my front teeth after we identified a little chip. The end product was extremely bad and the teeth weren’t polished after being sanded so my tongue was getting cut every time I talked and ate. Yeah, it was a nightmare. Dr. Shieh responded to me immediately with my concerns from this previous dentist visit and scheduled me to come in a few days - which was Memorial Day. I was very thankful because I know that on holidays it isn’t reasonable to expect most local businesses to operate during normal business hours. He immediately identified the problem and was extremely sympathetic with the amount of discomfort I was in. Dr.

Shieh fixed my issue the same day I met him and I am so thankful for having the discomfort gone and my smile back. Dr. Shieh, you are 1-of-1, and a great person. Thank you so much for all you do. I would highly recommend paying Dr. Andy Shieh for a consultation about your smile!

Smile boutique experience 10/10. My boyfriend got his veneers done by Doctor Andy years ago and I knew that I wanted mine done too. I made the decision to do it and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made! I can’t explain how much more confidence that I have in my smile. I’m in love with every aspect of it. The process wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought and Dr.

Andy couldn’t have made it better. He is so quick to respond or answer any questions that I’ve ever had and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend! Would do it all over again.
