Used to come here because it was across the street from my house. Staff was nice and friendly. I began a treatment plan with Shane Langloff and had to reschedule twice due to being stuck at work. First time I paid a fee for having to reschedule which was fine I had the understanding. Second time I missed the appointment they sent me a letter saying I need to find a new dentist and they will no longer work with me since I’ve rescheduled too many times .

I later received a bill from them for the rescheduling fee that they sent to collections (I’m no longer a patient because they wouldn’t work with me any longer, so I refused to pay it. ) I then went shopping for a new dentist as some of the wait times were +6 months out, only to find out all the new dentists that one of the teeth Dr. Langloff charged me for a restoration and crown but it was incomplete as he only completed the core. I had my suspicions about the procedure before but gave them the benefit of the doubt as I am not a dentist. But these dentists confirmed my suspicion.

I just wanted my teeth fixed. I dont normally leave reviews and wasn’t going to but I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and if I can prevent this from happening to other people I will. Just do your due diligence.

My first time at PGS Dentistry and was absolutely amazed at how efficient and accommodating they ran the whole office. From the registration, insurance setup, to Dr Langolf and his assistants in the business chair. Everything went as smooth as a Wendy’s smoothie. I would recommend anyone who needs & wants a professional dentist to check out 1616 Gratiot Avenue in Marysville, Michigan

Just started coming here the last 6 months, first was all my kiddos appointments, and today was my first one. Absolutely love all the ladies here! Especially the two behind the desk (forget their names). Such a clean environment and very professional. I will never go anywhere else as long as they keep taking my insurance lol.
