HIGHLY RECOMMEND First visit: today. The facilities look like an Italian Venetian spa. The front desk is efficient and quickly got my records from my former dentist. Within minutes, so the doctor could look at them (and save me money!) The assistant (Colleen) very relaxed, good conversation, good communicator, professional. Dr.

Sweeney is super relaxed, good sense of humor, fixed my primary problem, LISTENED, explained everything in an organized, relaxed way. A "can do" attitude. Instills trust. Their technology is progressive and that makes me feel like I have superior care. (I've never had an x-ray done with a wand-like device! What???) My new dental team!! Let's do this!!! (Readers: updates later this summer 😉 ) Thank you all!!!

I am so very happy and excited about the excellent professional service I received at the offices of PGS Dentistry. I took a chance of receiving services here after I saw a commercial on television, I was desperately in need of dental care , the commercial sold me on checking it out, I immediately called and set up an appointment and I was introduced to my new dentist Dr. Patrick Sweeney and his mannerisms won me over I knew I had made a good choice.

I have a very small mouth due to trauma from childhood, Dr. Sweeney is apologetic of all the discomfort I experience but I realize know it’s not because of him, I will not change it for anything, the staff is just as professional and friendly and also loving 🥰 love them all. I WILL REFER MY FINDING WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS 🌹🌞

I wish I didn't have to leave such a sub-part review, because the professionals themselves here are Great. Truly, great. Experiences, competent, cool as a cat, steady, friendly. Relaxing and comfortable environment when you're in the chair. But the Billing end of things. . . . Wow, it's hard to think of a more frustrating experience! We had similar headaches a couple years ago when we used them, but hoped it was a one-off experience.

Apparently not so. We didn't get straightforward dollar amounts when we called over the phone before scheduling the appointment; it seemed like there wouldn't be a need for 2 appointments, and the wisdom tooth extraction could likely have been done in one trip --- but instead, we just did an exam with X-ray that first trip, and then were rescheduled for a follow-up appointment for the actual procedure, 3 weeks later. This lead to an extra ~$88 charge for the initial exam!! NOT appreciated! Then, after ~20 minutes of sitting down and discussing billing and insurance at the conclusion of that first visit, we walked out after having paid what was assured to us as being paid-in-full (As Our Itemized Receipt Showed Too!). . . Only to have a follow-up amended bill sent to us in the mail, with an added line item on there (over $100; a second X-Ray) that they supposedly "forgot to bill" is for. Then, by the time of the follow-up second appointment for the actual tooth pulled, ~3 weeks later, our insurance confirmed that they still never received the bill from the first visit. It was only after I pointed this out to the billing personnel that they offered to fax it to my insurance instead of snail mail. .

. Really?? In 2020, they chose to snail-mail a dental bill to insurance?! Very frustrating! Minor inconveniences can be overlooked, and I could surely still give high ratings in many instances (even 5-star). . . But the stress and headache these experiences with their billing personnel have given me is enough to leave a horrible taste in my mouth. I would Not recommend this place for dental work. If the professionals themselves work at another facility with a more competent support staff however, I would surely recommend people use them. .

These folks erase all but glowing reviews somehow, what happened to freedom of speech Very bad experience with Pradko. Pieces kept surfacing after a wisdom tooth extraction. They took a burring tool to the gum, now the next molar is infected. . I would not lower a doctor by calling a dentist one . Chelsea says she is hurt by my thoughts on this. Should I send a card?
