This afternoon was a very disappointing experience! We arrive for our appointment five minutes early patiently waiting and answering emails just waiting to be called back. Finally 32 minutes past the appointment, I go up to the desk to see what’s going on. The office girls were kind but quite frankly we’re not sure why we had not been called back yet. At this point, almost 38 minutes after arrival, we cannot wait any longer, as we have a full schedule. Quite honestly, this is an excessive wait time.

So we ask when they would be able to get us back in and we were informed that the soonest would be the 17th (28 days later) for a mistake that wasn’t our fault, we were early on arrival. I would just say it seems pretty unprofessional to book a time and not be able to honer that time, with really no explanation, and then making a patient wait 28 more days. Service should mean more than this experience.

Dr. Pham has done an outstanding job! And his staff has been great too! We were also seeing him previously at the Delaware Ohio location but we continue to use his expertise at the Marion Ohio Appleseed practice. The drive has been well worth it!

Dr. Pham is excellent! We just made the move to his private practice. We've previously seen him in Delaware. The move to the Marion office has been worth it. He is definitely dedicated to all of his patients & has shown that over the years. Love the staff too! :)

They did great job on my son's teeth. Dr.Pham is very good at keeping to schedule. I never had to wait horribly long. He always answered my questions fully and respectfully. I have recommended him to a few of my friends already. Great staff. Very pleasant to work with.
