The dentist and hygienist are great, but the receptionist, Karen, is the issue. After playing phone tag to confirm or reschedule my appointment, I left a voicemail stating that if rescheduling dates were too far out, I’d keep my appointment. Karen later left a message saying the next available dates were in December and to call back with my decision. When I did, she claimed I no longer had an appointment- that I canceled it, when I didn’t, and refused to reinstate it. Even when I mentioned I had her voicemail as proof, she dismissed it, saying, “Well, I don’t save voicemails like you.

” Yet, this morning, another staff member called asking if I could still come in—proving Karen’s handling was completely inaccurate and unprofessional. Originally I rated 1 stars, now I’ll give 3. Maybe 4 if Karen no longer works there or perhaps gets customer service training, because everyone else in the office is great.

Wow! The best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff are wonderful, the view serene. Dr. Khalifeh is both gentle and expert in his craft.They really shows how compassionate care is done. Be ready for a meditative experience!

Yuvraj Singh

Great dental care with nice doctors who treated my grandma very well. My personal favorite would be Dr. Singh and Dr. Singh (No family relationship) they explained my grandmother's procedure in advance and answered any questions about waiting time before the removal. Overall a great clinic.
