Dr. Piper is the Best dentist I have ever been to. The girls that took over the office are a different story. I had been moved for 4 years and finally found out that they were sending my bill to the old address that I had. I called them when I moved and gave it to them.

You talk to one person and get a complete different story from other. I have never had a problem with my bill when the older ladies were there. I was even told they would take my insurance drove all the way up there to be told they didn't accept it. To many Chiefs and not enough people that care.

Leadership is a good thing but great when administered correctly. I would like to thank all the staff at Piedmont Dental in Ferguson, NC. I was referred to Dr. Piper for dentures and was told he is the best. He spent a lot of time examining and explaining the detailed dental plan he produced. His staff was exceptional.

Each subsequent visit was with a different assistant, and they all were outstanding and confident. The leadership Dr. Piper has instilled in his assistants and front desk staff is evident in their performance. The front desk staff was so courteous and unfortunately, I cannot name them all individually. My sincere thanks to everyone at Piedmont dental in Ferguson, NC

This is my first visit with Dr Piper, I don’t do dentist. I have bad anxiety every time I walk through the doors. I needed to get teeth pulled and was super nervous about it.

Madison was the assistant, she was gentle doing X-rays, she was super nice and answered all the questions I threw her way. Dr Piper was very gentle and quick removing the tooth, I will 100% be back and he will become my regular dentist. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work!
