Best dental practice in Northern Virginia! I recently had a crown put on one of my teeth that my old dentist never detected. After a few return visits to adjust due to some lingering pain, Dr. Pierce recommended and explained very well an additional procedure which took care of the pain. I returned today for a follow up visit.

and everything is great now. They continue have the best friendliest and most comprehensive dental practice I have ever gone to. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now and feel so comfortable with the team and their commitment to outstanding service, from the front desk staff, to Tammy and Gea as well as Dr's Pierce and Ryan. Highly recommend this practice!

Amazing experience! I got a cleaning done by one of the assistants after not seeing a dentist for three years and then I went back two more times to replace all of my metal fillings with composite ones. Dr. Ryan was so amazing. She was really nice and did everything seamlessly. Even the numbing shot was done with barely any feeling. This is the best place to go to get your teeth done.

THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE YOU COULD ASK FOR. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I've been going to Pierce & Ryan for about a year now and let me tell you. . . They completely changed my life. Not to sound dramatic but it's true. A pretty, healthy smile is priceless. A little back story: Prior to going to Pierce & Ryan, I had not been to the dentist in years. My childhood dentist did not do a good job taking care of my teeth and because I didn't have a strong oral hygiene foundation and I lost insurance as a teen, the health of my teeth went south. Fortunately, 10 years later, I got a job that provides dental insurance and I had the means to finally start my "smile journey". I was amazed at my first visit. Everyone was so kind and charismatic yet professional. Rebecca and Dr. Pierce evaluated my teeth and laid out the path I would take for my smile journey. I knew I had a long road ahead of me to get my mouth healthy again.

. . My gums were at risk for periodontal disease. They reassured me that they would help me and started educating me on proper oral hygiene. They first set me up with an oral surgeon to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed (some had cavities and they were crowding my other teeth). Once my gums healed, I had two visits of scaling and root planing (deep cleanings). Then, I started getting my fillings done. Between replacing my 15 year old silver fillings and getting new ones, it took four visits to do. . . I had to get about 17 fillings done. WhEW. Next, I needed five crowns on my top front teeth. I am currently in braces (almost done with my smile journey!) and I'm visiting Pierce & Ryan every three months for preventative cleanings and care. I know this is a long review but I'm writing out my whole experience to express how incredible they are. They have made me feel so grateful and confident in myself.

The front desk staff are so friendly and are so professional when coordinating with my oral surgeon and orthodontist and scheduling appointments. The hygienists are so thorough, gentle, and friendly when cleaning your teeth. And lastly, Dr. Pierce is an absolute angel send straight from Heaven. She has completely transformed my smile. Her work is immaculate. She truly cares about your oral health and you being happy with your smile. I went from yellow, brittle, decayed teeth with ugly silver fillings to bright, healthy teeth with natural-looking (resin) fillings. The office is so clean and beautiful. And they also have very updated technology. They were able to take 3D scans of my teeth, upload them to this portal computer, customize the shape and color for my crowns, and have them milled RIGHT THERE in their office. They put them on right away! I did not have to have impressions/molds done and wait weeks for the crowns to be made in a lab!! Long story short, I will refer every single person I know to them. I CANNOT EXPRESS how happy I am with my new smile and how amazing they all have been throughout the whole process. I have shed many tears of happiness thanks to them. I'm so grateful, thanks for everything.

We love this dental office for our family! They are wonderful with children as well as adults. Dr Pierce has been hugely instrumental in identifying and helping resolve a sleep issue for my daughter as well a myself which affects my teeth and jaw. They recommend natural products which is also a huge plus.

The front desk are very accommodating and the dental hygienists are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful, friendly and competent practice!
