Would love to give zero stars. Save your money. They will tell you that you need all this work done you don't need. I had a crown put on and kept expressing it did not feel right. I was told it would take time to get used to and kept getting the run around. Two months later I was having discomfort and my bite was off. Went elsewhere for a second opinion. I was told my crown I just paid for would need replaced.

It was not done properly. I asked to be compensated for what I paid out of pocket, understanding I would still be out what my insurance paid, and I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism and rude office staff. Needless to say, they do not stand behind their work. If you need work done, take your money where they are willing to back the work they do. Hopefully with the report from my new dentist insurance will dispute it. Reporting to the dental board also.

Very disappointed in this dentist practice. They never told me I needed to have a pre-op antibiotic for a front chip tooth that needed to be fixed. Went to them back in Nov. 2023. I've always follow my doctors orders. I would write everything down. Told me I had to come back in March. Another long wait to fix a front painful sensitivity chip tooth.

Someone there at the office is lying. I'm sure they never told me. Office Front staff not helpful and considerate of my pain. I never even had my pharmacy fill a antibiotic because I didn't know. Do you not think it's the dentist office to call in one little antibiotic pill to my pharmacy if this is a policy of theirs? I only gave one star. They scheduled me out again till March 22nd. Would never recommend this dentist practice to anyone.

Have been looking for a dentist for a very long time. I loved my old dentist in NY where I was from originally and then Covid hit so no regular dentist trips. I then moved and had to switch insurance. I had heard great things about this office from many people. My husband had a filling crack I called and he was fit I the next day. While he was there they fixed all his cavities deep cleaned his teeth and ordered the partial he wanted for years.

I was impressed. I went this past Tuesday for my cleaning I haven’t had since 2020. Heidi was wonderful gentle and really did a great job. Dr Alex was great he saw my filling I knew had chipped and told me it will be a bit of an appt but he ordered the new inlay for me. Very happy!

I’ve been going here for over 15 years. Always a pleasant experience. Everything is nice and clean. Everyone is always friendly.

They always do a good job and are very thorough. Don’t be quick to judge off a few bad experiences. People are so quick to shout from the top of the mountains when they have a negative experience but I’m sure there are dozens of happy patients walking out the doors every week.
