While the staff at this practice is always friendly and professional, our first experience with Dr. Don Hun Han was extremely disappointing. My child left his office crying, feeling anxious, upset, and fearful about future dental visits. Dr. Don Hun Han came across as arrogant and condescending, stating he wouldn’t treat my son due to an existing referral without showing any sensitivity to how his words could affect a 9-year-old.

Throughout the visit, he seemed dismissive and even referenced alarming scenarios from his time in the emergency room, which only heightened my child’s anxiety. His diagnostic approach felt rushed and impersonal, and he left the room without so much as a goodbye, just as he had entered without a proper greeting. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Dr. Don Hun Han for pediatric care—or for adult patients, for that matter. I have yet to try the new dentist, Dr.

Allison Sujin, but Dr. Martino has always been professional and personable with patients. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude in such a typically welcoming and supportive practice.

I've gone here for the first time 6 months ago and they accommodated my wife & I by staggering our appointments so we could both get seen separately while the other watches our daughter. The staff was very friendly & pleasant with my daughter. They even had a changing station in the men's room to accommodate fathers.

You'd be surprised how often this isn't the case. They will be our regular dentist from now on.

The techs and other personnel are wonderful. However, I am stuck with dentures that just suck! They gaslighted me into believing that I just didn't remember what it felt like to have teeth. Now, I can't wear the bottoms, at all, and I'm having trouble with my jaw misaligning! If you need a cleaning, it's fine...

Highly unprofessional facility with rude staff. My wife has been in pain for over a month waiting for an appointment. She called yesterday to confirm the appointment and was told it was at 2:30. After driving Over 60 miles to reach the Doctors Office because we have since moved, but she felt a loyalty to deal with them.

She was refused service because she was five minutes late by her understanding. The woman behind the desk who Does not apparently care for patients who are in pain, Told her she could not be served and sent her on her way back home. She claims she was more than 15 minutes late and the appointment was for 2:15. Never mind that my wife has missed work to go to this appointment, Never mind the fact Of the money spent on gas traveling there and back.

This receptionist treated her poorly with apparently no empathy or understanding. If this is how Pike dental treats, their patients who are in extreme pain enough to be nauseated every day, Apparently, they forgot the doctors oath to do no harm. I would not recommend them and I would suggest you treat them with the same way they treated my wife.
