Dentist/hygienist is/are great. Couldn't have taken better care of my child. I Wish that reception would, actually, enforce wearing a mask instead of promoting unmasking. I was leaving with my child and a woman came in unmasked with her, several, unmasked children. She asked the (check-in) receptionist for some masks for herself and her kids. .

. which it honestly would have defeated the purpose as they were all standing there sharing their germs with God and everybody, when the receptionist told her that her kids "didn't have to wear one if she didn't want them to" I mean WHAT?! You have someone trying to comply and you are going to discourage it? I found it very frustrating and disconcerting. Overall good experience, but would have been better if I felt that safety was a bigger concern. It felt like the receptionist was applying her personal views on masking to the situation, which I found very inappropriate.

I have been taking my children here for close to two years. We have never had a problem until now. To make a long story short, my son needed to have a cavity filled so I called to make an appointment for a filling as I already knew that he had a cavity. I get there and am told that the appointment was so that they could look at it, and that in order to get it filled we would need to come back. Needless to say their soonest appointment available is in April.

I explained that waiting that long is not an option as my son has periodic tooth pain from the cavity. They said, oh, we will put you on a call list in case someone cancels. So you are so far booked out that you cant handle the amount of patients you already have so they have to wait 4 plus months just to have a cavity filled ? Not okay.

We've been going just a short time. We live 45 minutes away, and I don't mind the drive. The staff and Doctors are excellent! My son has a bit of fear about dentist but today's visit squashed that! They took time with him and helped him relax! He came out smiling saying it was the "Best Ever!" I would highly recommend them!

IT MATRS

Reached out to this practice with high hopes for my two boys ages 7 and 9, only to be told that they are not accepting patients over 6 years old?? I'm sorry but doesn't a pediatric dentist typically see children from an age range of 6 months old until their final adult teeth have come in? A child will continue to develop adult teeth until they are 12 or 13 years of age. . . . One star, simply on the fact that a pediatric dentist won't take pediatric patients.

We will keep looking elsewhere. . . .
