Horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Receptions are absolutely awful came for a checkup called OFF work for this just for them to tell me that I didn’t confirm my appointment so it was cancelled. I showed them I didn’t receive a text message saying so.

Then they decide to put me on a waitlist and the link didnt even work. Afterwards a customer AFTER me had the same issue not only that but then they let his daughter go first after me being there before her. Also the receptionist was so RUDE the dark skin one I wish I had caught her name was disrespect to my kid as she was throwing around the toys in the playroom scaring her. Overall -100000/10 I’ve been coming here for 8 years and the waitlist was never unbearable but recently, they’ve been thinking that they’re better then, other places, maybe they should stick to what they know

We will never be back! They are Very slow! Will have you waiting an hour AFTER your appointment time to be called then have an attitude when you ask questions. But the icing on the cake is when they canceled my kids appointment scheduled for 10 am because I didn’t confirm through a text sent the night before when I received a text the MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT confirming my appointment at 10 stating NOTHING about a cancellation.

They send a thousand text messages a day and I’ve never missed an appointment but they canceled my children’s appointment because I didn’t confirm a text and I feel like it’s because they were packed because when they don’t have clients they blow your phone up trying to schedule an appointment! They Don’t genuinely care about the patients! 0/10 do not recommend! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very horrible experience Appointment was at 10:15 am 3 hours later no body had called my son in yet need to fix there schedule it's unacceptable to let people wait 3 hours just for an appointment how would you feel if you had to wait 3+ hours just for a cleaning don't recommend this place at all and will never come back

Miss Dee Dee is great! She listens, helps, is funny and professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable and listened to her concerns with her teeth. The staff there are all awesome! Keep up the good work ladies!
