My daughters appointment was scheduled for 4pm and we arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. Kim at the front desk said she couldn’t see my daughter because she canceled her appointment. I told her I called to confirm with someone verbally over the phone. After going thru several still couldn’t fit my daughter in for her scheduled appointment that we arrived super early for. Every time I come to this place I’m having to beg for my daughter to be seen. I spoke to several managers and they still couldn’t accommodate my daughter for an appointment she had scheduled. Just because you have Medicaid doesn’t mean you should be treated unfairly.

Everyone there is rude with an attitude. This place should be closed down it’s totally unacceptable. I was told I would have to wait 5-7 business days to speak to someone. I will never come here again. There are far better places with professionalism and respect.

I appreciate Pippin for dealing with me and my hectic schedule. I have never had an issue with scheduling or rescheduling my children's appointments. Reschedules are always scheduled within a week of the rescheduling. Customer service is on point and they are always fully staffed

It’s really unfortunate that I had to delete my good review to type this one. First off I wanna say I used to come here when I was in my early twenties, and got full ortho treatment done. It was amazing back then. Since then I’ve had children on my own. I referred my kiddos here but yet the experiences we’ve had here have been nothing but horrible. I have no issues with the orthodontist they do great work. however, there seems to be some Huge issues amongst the receptionists in this office. And I really hope that the receptionist that I dealt with today sees my review. We had an 8 o’clock ortho appointment.

We arrived. No one was near the ortho desk. The dental receptionists was crowded up in the corner near the “regular dental appointment section” anywho we signed in ON THE BROWN CLIP BOARD UNDER THE PINK SHEET! We waited an hour and ten mins. Until I noticed people that were coming in after us was being seen before us. I curiously went up to the counter and when I did she said with a down low tone per usual “last name” instead of a “goodmorning” I kindly said yes we had a dental appointment at 8am. She responds quickly with the same low down tone “I marked yall as a no show” I said well we were clearly here on time waiting. Been sitting down and signed in at 8:10am! She proceeded to look at the clip board. Sat it down, looked around like we were in the wrong! Didn’t apologize, didn’t say hey let’s get you reschedule I had to speak up and say something! Instead of Confronting her all rude, I said, I just want to reschedule because I was dissatisfied already with her tone for one , and two the Ridiculous amount of time wasted waiting. One of the orthodontist sons was in the waiting room with me and my sons.

He is my witness! Nobody said my son’s name at all! She didn’t even realize that they were completely in the wrong! You can’t make this up they have terrible customer service. When I left the office, I immediately contacted the call center because I know for sure. I’m not the only one that has dealt with this type of unprofessionalism. Even my nine-year-old knew that the whole situation was wrong. But you know what we will never be returning to this office ever again. And you can keep your little automatic message replies! I really hope they call a staff meeting and get some issues straighten with how the receptionist should talk to their patients. I’m paying for my sons dental care I don’t deserve the rude tone, the nasty attitude, and unkindness . Even if it is a wait time how hard is it to communicate with folks letting them know how long it will be?! Relearn how to communicate efficiently with your patience’s also just a friendly reminder there’s children around And they watch and learn from what we say and do!

The overall experience was ok until the end then I felt it was just about the money and that's all they cared about. I couldn't get serviced until my bill was completely paid and I didn't like that especially when I had already paid over $3000 for my braces. But the staff was great very friendly it's just that one thing I didn't like. But my teeth look great!
