I recently visited Advanced Dental Specialties for the first time, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming front desk staff who made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The office itself is beautifully designed, clean, and modern – immediately making you feel comfortable and at ease. I was a little nervous about my appointment, but the team here really went above and beyond to make sure I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The hygienist was not only friendly but also incredibly thorough in explaining everything she was doing during the cleaning. She made sure I understood the importance of each step, and was so gentle that I barely felt any discomfort. The doctor is truly exceptional. They took the time to sit down with me and go over my dental health in detail. Doctor didn’t rush through the appointment at all and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients and want to provide the best possible care. One thing that really stood out to me was how the entire staff worked together. There’s such a positive, supportive vibe in this office, and it’s evident that everyone enjoys their work and takes pride in what they do. It really made my visit feel more like a visit to friends rather than just a standard medical appointment. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which made my treatment feel cutting-edge and efficient. They took digital X-rays, which were quick and painless, and everything was explained to me step by step, so there were no surprises. I was also very impressed with the preventive care recommendations they gave me — they were very personalized and based on my unique needs. I also appreciate how transparent the office is with pricing and insurance. They walked me through the billing process and helped me understand what would be covered under my plan.

It really took the stress out of managing the financial side of things. After my appointment, the follow-up process was fantastic too. I received a phone call from the office just a few days later to check in on how I was feeling, which really shows their commitment to patient care. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is incredibly professional, caring, and dedicated to providing the best possible dental care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only skilled but also kind and thoughtful, I highly recommend this office. They’ve definitely earned a loyal patient in me!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. I'm a notoriously anxious patient, and the doctor was remarkably patient and understanding. They took the time to explain every step of the process, and what the results meant, which made a huge difference. I felt genuinely cared for, and it was clear they prioritized my comfort and understanding.

It really felt like white glove service. Attentive, thorough, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend. The doctor and his assistant were amazing and made it a very pleasant experience. The office manager was fantastic. She took her time with me and was so kind. I never once felt rushed like I have at every other dental office ive been to.
