I recently went to Pittsburgh Roots Endodontics for a root canal, and honestly, it was way better than I expected, thanks to their amazing staff and smooth process! From the second I walked in; the front desk team was super friendly and professional. Check-in was a breeze, and they answered all my questions with a smile. The waiting area was clean, cozy, and calming, which instantly helped me relax. When it was time for the procedure, the dental team was awesome! The dentist and hygienist took their time explaining everything, so I knew exactly what to expect. They were patient, gentle, and kept me in the loop the whole time, which really helped ease my nerves.

You could tell they really cared about my comfort, and that made a huge difference. The root canal itself, which I was honestly dreading, was actually painless. The dentist was super skilled, and I didn’t feel a thing. The whole thing was quick and efficient, and I walked out feeling relieved, knowing I was in great hands. Afterward, the staff checked in on me to see how I was doing and gave me clear instructions for aftercare.

They were also available if I had any follow-up questions, which made me feel totally supported. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The expert care, friendly staff, and smooth process made the whole thing so much easier than I ever thought it could be. I'm extremely grateful that my pain is GONE! I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental work!

Him and his staff made me feel so comfortable, which I really appreciated. It can be a nerve wracking experience having a root canal, and he made me feel right at ease. Ok, so nobody looks forward to a root canal BUT this doctor and his staff were simply amazing! After reading reviews, I drove 90 minutes for my appointment and am so glad that I did! Dr. Parker has a great bedside manner, took his time with me and did a great job. Everyone in this practice is wonderful.
