Just recently I've been getting emails from this dentist to say that I owe money. I had insurance, paid my copays and never returned. The experience I had in her office was something like a nightmare. I went to Dr. Aharon because I had just moved to the area. I found her online through my insurance company’s website. She was close. I had no idea that there could be such incompetence when it came to insurance accredited practitioners. Boy, was I wrong. I will never forget this as long as I live. First of all, the day I came in, she had no dental hygienists. I came for a cleaning and a checkup.

She apologized and told me, she'd do it herself along with the exam. She put me in a room that is in need of cleaning and some updates. It hardly felt like a sterile environment. Next, this guy walked in (in just standard business casual wear) and began asking me questions from my new patient questionnaire. He seemed like he has no idea what he's doing. He put on gloves. At one point while asking me questions, he stuck his fingers in my mouth without much warning at all. He carried on using the gloves to write things down, then goes to put his fingers back in my mouth. WHAT? I don't even believe he was a trained dental assistant or anything. Super unsanitary. All this to say, Dr. Aharon came in, did a pretty quick job at "cleaning" my teeth.

The whole time she was in my mouth, though, she was trying to tell me that I have sleep apnea. She kept trying to get me to rent some machine from her (to pay her more money). It was the most bizarre doctor visit I'd ever had, to say the least. When she told me I had two cavities and went to schedule an appointment to fill them, I told her I'd call to make that appointment. As I was going out the door, she was still trying to get me to rent some sleep apnea testing equipment. Good grief. Luckily, I found another dentist who was super sympathetic and helpful, willing to give me an exam and cleaning for the price of my copays. The hygienist there informed me that my teeth were definitely not cleaned well, even though Dr. Aharon cleaned them two weeks before. I wouldn’t go to this office if it was the last dentist on planet Earth.

Dr. Aharon was very nice and polite. She made me aware of my sleep apnea which I had no knowledge of and she was quick and easy with filling a cavity. Great dentist would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

I absolutely love this dentist and the people that work there. I have been seeing her for almost 15 years. Nancy and her staff are some of the most caring people I've ever met.

Today, while in her office my anxiety took complete control and I was in tears but within minutes they all had me smiling. I trust the work she does and I couldn't ask for a better dentist. Thank you all so much for all that you do! God Bless💙
