Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Rescheduled me more than 3 times when I started going, the place is absolutely filthy. The lady at the front rescheduled me for the second time and told me she never talked to me and changed the date when I showed up and didn’t even have me in. My husband took off work twice and they rescheduled me.

Charge a random 25$ fee to have your records, and seriously the visits take hours. They have no communication and everything is all over the place. Front desk Lady is extremely rude and doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. Stay far away

My recent visit to Nancy Aharon's Office was quite an ordeal. Initially, finding the office was a challenge due to the front entrance being boarded up. Fortunately, the receptionists were helpful over the phone, guiding me to the back entrance. Upon arrival, I had to enter through the records room in the back. The disarray of the records room was odd; with papers scattered about, did little to instill confidence in the practice's organization. Walking to the reception, The dental rooms were about the size of a small storage closet. Once seated in the waiting room, I couldn't help but notice its discomfort, despite the complimentary Wi-Fi. The room's beautiful aesthetic and wonderful decorations were marred by a broken door and damaged walls, evidently neglected for quite some time, which raised concerns about safety and maintenance since there was some broken glass on the floor. Additionally, the lack of communication regarding a nearly two-hour wait only added to my frustration. You could hear other patients in the exam rooms. There was virtually no privacy as you could even see other patients getting work done and hear their issues.

They never closed doors when treating me or other patients. However, as I entered the treatment room, my optimism waned. The sight of a plugged-in Alexa near a wet sink edge and lingering tooth plaque from the previous patient left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The outdated X-ray equipment, which happened to be filthy, coupled with discomfort during the procedure (where the equipment cut my mouth and the nurse was unwilling to listen about the discomfort), further highlighted the subpar conditions. In the examination room, the outdated and poorly maintained equipment painted a picture of neglect, with dirty floors and walls riddled with cracks and stains. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the overall impression was one of disorganization and neglect. Despite these setbacks, the nursing assistant who attended to me was a shining beacon of patience, understanding and kindness. She patiently guided me through dental hygiene practices, putting me at ease despite the less-than-ideal surroundings. She made some light conversation and she has a wonderful sense of humor! She scarcely cleaned my teeth and failed to discuss the cost of using the Sleep Apnea machine, offering to deliver it personally without mentioning any associated expenses. Additionally, her diagnosis of numerous cavities alarmed me, considering many of my teeth are already filled. The presence of billing errors, such as charges for procedures that were not performed and ones they admitted they did not intend to perform, only deepened my doubts about the practice's honesty.

While they did remove two of the unnecessary charges, I have decided not to return and will be canceling any future appointments. In conclusion, although the staff displayed kindness, the overall experience fell short of expectations in terms of professionalism and cleanliness. At one point, I nearly walked out before my X-rays were completed. I hope that the practice addresses these issues promptly to ensure the well-being and trust of its patients.

Front desk person told me I could come in when they didn't have my x rays from a previous dentist. "She can see where the cavity is. " And when I come in it's a different story " Can't do anything without them. " Well why dont I get x rays again? Because I just paid for those a month ago.

Then they wanted to do a cleaning. Made me fill out mounds of paperwork about stuff that has nothing to do with dentistry (sleep study? None of your business. ) Comes off unprofessional.
