I have been to SO many dentist in the past 5 years I have had many issues with my teeth. I have never been treated with the respect I have been with PL dental. The front desk ladies are so sweet and make scheduling appointments so convenient. I’m currently in the middle of getting crowns put on my front top teeth and have had issues with my temporary crowns they got me in the same day when calling them with issues of it being loose.

Was in and out in a half hour. I could not be more grateful for them. They also have helped with financial issues and I would give them a 10/5 stars if I could Amanda is absolutely amazing she made me feel so comfortable with the decisions and making it an over all great experience.

I have not been to a dentist in over 15 years. I finally went in last week here….what a fantastic experience! Liz the hygienist was so calming and friendly! The dentists were also so kind and caring. This is the first time I haven’t had any pain during a filling!! Thank you!

First of all it is hard to get ahold of them because they never answer the phone. Every time I've tried to call it immediately puts me on hold and it is a minimum of 5 minutes before someone actually answers the phone. My son and I had small cavities and neither of us had a good experience. I don't know if we had the same dentist doing the fillings but we both ended up having to go back in to have them adjusted.

My son actually had to have his redone not just smoothed out. I have never had any problems getting fillings with any other dentist. Also when we first transferred to them they wouldn't do my cleaning at the first visit. In the exam they recommended a deep cleaning in one area which requires insurance approval first and they said that could take a few weeks so I waited.

Finally after 3 weeks or so I called back to see what was going on and apparently no one started the process. They finally got it approved and I made an appointment but by then I was already about 2 months past when I was due for cleaning.

For years, I struggled with the inability to laugh or smile, holding back my true personality. I was nervous about going to PL Dental to fix my smile. But from the moment I walked in, the staff showed me nothing but love and support. The whole experience was surprisingly comfortable and less painful than I expected. And when I finally saw my new smile, it brought me to tears. I can't believe the difference it has made in my self-esteem. Now, I just want to keep coming back to PL Dental to see their smiles, feel the love, and to show off my beautiful smile and express my gratitude to the amazing team that helped me achieve it.

I feel like a whole new person, more confident and outgoing than ever before. PL Dental truly changed my life, and I will be forever grateful for their expertise and kindness. I'm a happier, healthier me with my new smile. I have nothing but love for PL Dental. Daryl B.
