They call me and tell me if I can come in for a cleaning as soon as they can charge it to my dental insurance, then they usually call a try and switch times last minute however when I asked them to switch the receptionist was rude when she found out I wanted to change times and at the end of the conversation she was sarcastic to me I felt. They in my opinion are scamming the government and milking them for as much money as they can. They used up all the funds on cleaning to benefit themselves and when I actually needed to get emergency dental work done there was no money left and it seemed like they just didn't care.

They are just there to make the most money they can, I don't trust them I think they are fake and I am not the only person who feels this either based on other patients who went there in the past few months. I do not recommend them, but that's just my opinion.

From the moment I walk in into the dentist Office, I am treated with respect. I have been very scared of needles, but Dr. Vinay Panchal has been so much patient and made me feel at ease. Dr. Panchal is a great dentist. I have been to other dentist but I have never found anyone as nice and caring as Dr. Panchal. I would not trade him for any other dentist.

Sultana was my dental hygienist this time and since I'm 5 months pregnant I has told PL dental to keep note of that as I have nausea and sensitive gums at the moment. Sultana was an absolute delight. . She did the procedure flawlessly and ensuring I was comfortable thought-out the process.

I don't feel nauseous or have gag reflexes cause she went slow and steady allowing me gaps to breathe and be at ease. . I think it was extremely thoughtful of her to look out for my comfort
