Dr. Tom is the best pediatric dentist I could ever imagine for my son. My son started having issues at the age of three. He is now five. A couple surgeries later and I refuse to go to anyone else. Dr. Tom gives extensive descriptions and explains in simpler terms for parents. Makes the child feel comfortable and safe. We love and appreciate you, Doctor Tom!

I mean, I don’t even know where to begin. I was so overwhelmed. I called on Thursday and explained that my 7 year old had an infected tooth after a deep filling she had filled about a month prior. She was in pain. Having it be the weekend before Christmas was not in our favor because Dr. Tom was overly booked and was heading out of town for two weeks the upcoming Monday.

Julia from the front desk had called me back after I left them a voicemail. She and their floor coordinator moved some things around to be able to fit my daughter in the next day (Friday. ) I was so thankful to know she didn’t have to spend holidays with tooth pain or even worse have an extraction done violently at a random dentist office. At Dr. Tom’s office they had everything a child needs to help ease their anxiety and fear. My daughter was afraid and nervous but Dr.

Tom’s bedside manner was very calm and informative which made her trust him. If you are looking for a dentist office for minor to delicate needs, Dr. Tom’s office is your best option. I paid out of pocket and id do it again in a heartbeat. I am moving all three of my kids to his office for all future dental care! Thank you Dr. Tom and all of your staff! You are angels in disguise and this mom is beyond grateful for your kindness and services! Anita

Dr Tom is great. He is great with kids and the staff really knows how to make kids enjoy going to the dentist. However, after already confirming that insurance was going to pay a certain price and paying my 2500 dollar bill out of pocket prior to surgery. . . I then got sent a bill for $1300 weeks later. I think it's absolutely ridiculous.

When I spoke with billing they stated "Insurance didn't max out to cover what they said" and I feel that billing probably stretched the numbers of what my insurance was going to pay, after reading other reviews on google and yelp. If you tell a family a price, they sign a contract, and they pay it. . . you don't come back weeks later and say ohh you now owe 1300 dollars extra. I am not happy and for that reason, we won't be returning.

I do not have words to describe about how satisfied and happy we are with Dr. Tom and staff! I’ve never felt so comfortable and safe. It’s clean, the communication is perfect, the outstanding bedside manner and empathy is just what we needed! We highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
