My elderly mother started going to this dentist after her other dentist retired a few years ago. From her very first visit with Dr. Plaster, she has said that he is short tempered and rude. My mother is a nice cordial person. Today she went in because her partial mouth-plate has been fitting too tightly after he adjusted approximately a month ago. It had started to make her gums sore to the point it couldn’t be worn. While in the chair, she explained it was too tight.

To check it out and see for himself, he forced the plate down on her teeth so hard it made her gums bleed. She told him he had hurt her, and he didn’t so much as offer an acknowledgement or apology. He took it out and then asked her what did she want him to do? Obviously, she was there so he could fix the problem. She told him since he was the doctor he should know what to do. Apparently, that made him even ruder.

I would recommend Dr. Plaster and company to everyone I know!!!! I was searching for the right dentist and took a chance on this establishment, turned out to be a great decision I made. Everyone is friendly, kind, and understanding to the patients needs. Overall great place for anyone searching for a dentist, especially if you are a golden lion alumni.

He stands behind his work and makes sure you, the patient, fully understands all options available before scheduling a procedure. The staff, atmosphere and examination rooms are warm, welcoming and make your dental experience as comfortable as possible.

First please take note that he did not do anything but look into my mouth. I can only review his bedside manner. As below Baxter stated he’s rude. That’s actually a fact. He has a poor bedside manner. He asks a question and then won’t listen to the reply. He shuffled me out of the chair and advised me with out his x-rays he won’t even see me and if I did not like it that was ok.

I could find another dentist. I came to get a second opinion on a Franchise Dentist. He advised me that I should go back and see them. That he sees why they would want to give me my money back. That way they would not have to clean up their mess. That I should demand they provide the work I paid for. Then wash my hands of them.

once I went to check out the Receptionist who was very kind advised me that The franchised Dentist never billed my insurance but did bill for a cleaning. By this point I was in tears. ( called my insurance and this is Absolutely not the case) This office is small and does everything the old fashioned way. I would have to agree with the one star review just for the simple fact that he’s rude and negative and this was a bad first impression even though he did not do any work. I contemplated returning because I believe in second chances. I’m worse off now than I was before I went to see him.
