Complaint Regarding New Patient Appointment Cancellation Policy Unfortunately, due to the recent storm, my home lost power, leaving me without electricity. I promptly called your office to inform you of the situation and to cancel my appointment, understanding the need to be courteous and respectful of your time. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that because I was a new patient, I would not be able to reschedule another appointment with your practice.

I find this policy to be quite unreasonable, especially given the circumstances that were entirely beyond my control.

Had ONE failed appointment because my family got the flu. Just tried calling to schedule my 3 yr old son because he’s in need of X-rays due to injuring his mouth and I got turned away? The doctor informed the receptionist that we can’t be schedule due to the ONE failed appointment. Mind you I’ve been attending this office for over 10 years! The receptionist was polite and informed me that she would “fix it” but no thank you. This Doctor clearly has some issues if he expected a family to come in to our cleaning appointment with influenza A.

Then when we try to reschedule after ONE failed appointment we get turned down even tho my son was injured and needs X-rays. Yeah, no thank you. One star from me for this insensitive, entitled doctor.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always great. The dentist is wonderful, let’s start there, explains everything he’s gonna do step by step which calmed my anxiety. The dental assistants are very nice, explanatory and very necessary. Everyone is so pleasant and for a person like me, that goes a long way because I’m always nervous getting mouth work done.

Also the receptionist Lakieta is such a nice, soft spoken person who makes the visit even better. She’s so cool I feel like she’s my friend lol . I highly recommend this place, you will feel so good during your visit…EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL 😊 I’m no longer afraid of dental work because they have this calming ability that takes away all your fears, it’s unexplainable…
