I'm so disappointed. Let this place be your last option - this dentist does not care about the quality of his work or his patients whatsoever based on my experience. Dr. David Daynes did a root canal and removed a crown to be replaced about a month ago. I struggle with disability, and wanted to talk with him to make sure it was okay for me to take over the counter pain meds because I've been told they interact with several medications that I take daily possibly increasing the risk of hemorrhagic stroke, a risk I'd rather avoid if possible. He left the office while I was still being finished up by his assistant, before I got the chance to talk with him to discuss this. He has no after-hours contact info, nor did they return any of my frantic calls seeking an alternative pain medication when the pain got so bad i couldn't eat.

so I left a bad review (That i previously deleted) saying his customer service was awful. Well, this was before he cemented the crowns that he ordered. He read and replied to the review and that weekend I received a letter telling me that he does not want to see me anymore, and that I would need to have someone else come pick up the crowns and try to find a different dentist to glue them on. I have since spoken with six other dentists, each of them tell me it is impossible for them to put the crowns on due to a liability issue, and they all tell me it is Dr. Daynes responsibility to put them on. Now, not only do I need to fork out another 2,000 dollars for the crowns to be re-made, but I need to have all the work he did done again. All the other dentists tell me that Dr Daynes should be well aware of this.

Not only is he forcing me to pay someone else for work he already should have done, but he sent me on a fool's errand, wasting my time. I deleted the review, begging him to put the crowns on. I asked him many times terrified for my well being and he offers no sympathy. The only communication I've had from him before today was a letter telling me that He is refusing to glue the crowns on. This isn't how you should treat anybody, led alone your patients. I hope you're proud of what you cost me, Dr Daynes.
