Deeply disappointing, frustrating, and quite frankly unprofessional to list your practice as accepting new patients on both a major insurer’s coverage portal and your own Google knowledge panel, provide new patient forms on your website, and then tell someone who calls to ask if you’re accepting new patients that you are not. Perhaps there’s some angle I’m not privy to here because I’ve never worked in medical administration or dentistry; maybe the idea is to make me think that their services are so good that folks are chomping at the bit (no dentistry pun intended) to have the honor of being patients here and that I should keep them in mind down the road, should their services open up, like a forced scarcity sort of thing.

However, a dentist isn’t a new car and they aren’t a consumer electronic. I’m not going to view a dentist in higher regard if they tout that they accept new patients everywhere on the Internet and then tell me they aren’t when I call their office; I’m going to tell my friends that this is the dentist who lies about accepting new patients.

Denise, is the impeccable office manager, who can always provide the billing, appointment, insurance information, with contagious congeniality. I can always count on her.

Such a sweetheart. Kelley is a top notch dental hygienist, with unrivaled skills and sharp eye for potential dental issues. The assistants fit the ambience perfectly by being always so warmhearted. My trips from Chicago always feel like a joyful gathering with close friends and I even forget that the reason is my dental care (which I dreaded for decades). I love Pleasant Prairie Family Dental!

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this place. Best dental office I’ve ever been! The receptionist was so kind and all smiles. My appointment was right on schedule. The hygienist was very thorough, gentle, and took her time with me. The doctor’s exam was actually educational and talked to me about my situation. She clearly cares about her patients.

Most other dental offices feel rushed without a true cleaning and exam. This place feels like the name implies, a family. I’m normally very anxious when visiting the dentist, but I feel very calm here. For once I’m finally not nervous to go back to the dentist.
