Dr. Topalo is the best. He is kind, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and has true integrity. I took my dad to see him, and Dr. Topalo did a full set of X-rays and explained everything to us in detail. He must have spent at least 25 minutes with us, taking his time to be thorough and clear. What impressed me most was his honesty. He told us he did not feel he was the best person to handle my dad’s case and made an excellent referral instead. He even personally called the oral surgeon, explained my dad’s situation, and helped us secure an appointment for the very next morning.

Thanks to his efforts, my dad was able to get the care he needed right away. Another thing that amazed me was that Dr. Topalo did not charge us a penny, even after doing a full examination and taking X-rays. He is not motivated by money; he genuinely cares for people. In a world where so many prioritize profit over patients, his character truly stands out. I also respect him deeply for being honest about the limits of his skill set rather than proceeding with care he did not feel was in my dad’s best interest. The nurse who assisted us was also wonderful. I unfortunately do not remember her name, but she was such a lovely lady with a friendly, warm energy. I have been back a few times since, and she has assisted Dr.

Topalo during those visits as well. She consistently makes the experience better with her kindness. The front desk staff has also been very friendly and welcoming each time. We are so glad we found Dr. Topalo. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and excellent care.

Dr. Trunell is awesome! Love his stories. Some people don’t like going to the dentist, but I have the opposite opinion regarding Dr. Trunell. I’ve never laughed so much at a dentists office before. I’ve had many dental problems, and Dr Trunell’s way of explaining the issue & what I need to do is exquisite.

I have never been to a dentist where the patients are laughing from the time they sit down in the chair to the time when they are checking out! Dr Trunnell is fabulous and provides pain free dentistry. Jill is wonderful and all the other folks who work there are the kindest, nicest people you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend them if you need a dentist!

My first, second, third. . . and now however many checkups I've gotten at Plum Grove Dental have been amazing! My hygienist, Laura, is friendly and really cares about my life. My dentist, Dr. Tupalo is always happy to help and give advice. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Not to mention, I missed my last appointment (because I had just plain forgotten about it.

. . sigh. . . ) and they were so kind and helpful in getting me in soon after.
