The young Hygienist was pleasant and did a professional dental cleaning. Regrettably, the new Doctor who took over the Practice from prefious owner, did not bother to use common courtesy of greeting his new patient and introducing himself until I asked who he was.

Instead I felt like I was just a "mouth" that he felt obliged to spend one minute checking, to justify the fee the office would receive. Not nice attitude!

The changes in this office have been quite drastic and concerning. Since George sold the business, the new management has completely altered the atmosphere, turning it into a chaotic and unprofessional environment. The focus seems to be solely on profit, with little regard for the quality of service provided to clients. The new staff, unfortunately, lacks the expertise and professionalism that was once a hallmark of this office.

Their approach to customer interactions comes off as untrained and disorganized, often leading to confusion and frustration for both clients and colleagues. Moreover, the overall management style appears to prioritize financial gain over employee satisfaction and morale. This has created a tense atmosphere where teamwork and collaboration are noticeably lacking, further contributing to a decline in service quality. Given these significant changes and the current state of affairs, I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable service.

It has become an unfortunate shadow of its former self.

I've had a great experience with the office staff and doctor. The office is super clean, welcoming, and if you ever have any questions they make sure to explain everything. I had a cleaning, filling and a crown done here. They were mindful of your time, there was minimal wait time and I was taken care of appropriately.
