WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I had been to a practice in Eden Prairie and it felt like it was all about the money. That dentist told me I needed 4 crowns. I didn't trust the opinion so looked for a new practice. Called my insurance company for in network providers who were close to home and accepting new patients. Point Family Dentistry was recommended by a friend and in network. Called , inquired and said I would stop in and fill out paperwork. The front desk assistant had everything ready when I stopped in.

Happy to say I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE here! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I honestly had the best cleaning ever by Jenna the hygienist who treated me exceptionally well and educated me along the way including making suggestions for dental care. She treated me as one of "her patients" who genuinely cares! Even the technician who took X-rays was great and considerate with her process. Now meet the dentist, Dr. Satbir Brar, DDS who entered the room and introduced himself. He smiled, checked on my progress, and said he would return for the exam. He was friendly and personable.

He returned for the exam checking the health of my mouth, gums and teeth. His recommendation was for 2 crowns and one could be watched and not done immediately. He said of the 2, he would treat this molar first and explained why. After the X-rays were taken he returned and reviewed the health of my teeth again sharing information and complimented the work of my former dentist from years ago. This is a lengthy review but I would encourage YOU to consider this practice as your oral health care providers. I did and so THANKFUL I CAN!!
