Have been visiting Pointe Dental Group at the Shelby Location for quite some time. Extremely pleased with the whole staff as they are very freindly and helpful. My dental hygineist is awesome and takes great care of me. Dr. Briney is extremely competent and always make sure her patients are satisfied with her treatment.

I witnessed someone who was a patient of the prosthodontist at the Shelby Township location. He attempted and failed multiple times (more than 10) to fit the patient with dental bridges over 18 months. He sent the patient away and refused to complete treatment. He left the patient without properly fitting dental bridges and unable to chew food.

I get bad anxiety when I go to the dentist. I used to go to Aspen dental. They told, me I had gum disease and they wanted me to get all my teeth pulled and get dentures. My insurance gave me the number for Pointe Dental. So I called and made an appointment. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. Then when I was called back I had to take off my glasses for xrays. She took my hand and led me to the xray. Then I met Dr.

Dave. He was so nice. Listened to me answered my questions. Calmed my nerves. Dr. Dave wanted to save my teeth. Also told me I had gingavitist. I was happy that I get to keep the teeth I still have. I would recommend Pointe Dental to anyone who is scared of the dentist

Not sure why the person who checked me in was wearing a political pin. She was pleasant and helpful, but it seemed odd that a person in a patient facing role would be advertising an affiliation that could be considered controversial. Everything else about the care I’ve received has been worthy of 5 stars.

I received a call from the office and spoke with the person who was wearing the pin and had a good conversation. I appreciate that level of customer service to the point that I changed my review to five stars.
