I went here once last year and never again lol they showed me that I needed $15k worth (that's right 15 GRAND) of treatment when I went to my old dentist after this consultation and she told me that's complete bullshit and the work I needed done is nowhere close to that. They bombarded me with paperwork after my cleaning and got me to agree to signing some paper to agree on treatment and I had to pay x certain amount up front.

I never came back - should've just submitted the chargeback but whatever.

The staff here are amazing, took their time to explain everything they were doing and going over my treatment plan and got me the appointments I needed scheduled very quickly. Helped me through the payment options I had and explained to me what my insurance covered. Kate was my DH and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. And Dr. Brown was very kind.

My spouse and I both use Pointer Ridge for our dental care, and we have been very happy. The staff are great with answering questions. They have understood that I need to have my dental work completed over time rather than insisting that I do it all at the same time as I've experienced at other dental practices. I'm especially glad that Dr.

Yazdani has been so great with understanding how my trauma history impacts my experience with dental services. My spouse had their most recent appointment today and had another positive experience. I am definitely planning to schedule my next appointment soon.

I am extremely angered by the outcomes of my wife’s experience. They recommended deep cleaning that would take 2 appointments to complete. The result: my wife was referred to a specialist for further evaluation. The specialist stated that the procedure was unnecessary and caused permanent damage to her gum tissue. Over $5,000 and 2 surgeries thus far to preserve remaining gum tissue. I believe we started going around the time Dr.

Duggan sold the business. In addition, prepare to complete your insurance paperwork every time you go in. You have been warned. I would highly advise you to look elsewhere for dental services. Addendum: As noted in response by the business, I am providing update. My wife certainly attended your practice.

Last payment reference number #781455 8/25/22. I am happy to provide screenshot for verification that it was at Pointer Ridge Dental Care. I previously tried to state in writing what transpired. I was informed to simply pay the remaining balance or it would be sent to collections. I stand by what I have said.
